  preparation to show. Communication: The importance of good communication 
 and cooperation with colleagues\, performers and entourage. This mastercla
 ss will be presented by Mike Manders. Mike has been behind the mixing desk
  for about 30 years and has been the FOH mixer of the popular Dutch duo Su
 zan & Freek for several years. In the past\, he has worked for Rowwen Hèz
 e and Miss Montreal\, among others. During this session\, Mike goes back t
 o the essence of live mixing. Using multitrack recordings and a real-life 
 setup\, he shares his knowledge and experience. The subject matter will be
